Tape-In hair extensions are a popular technique widely used in the US and Europe. The main advantage is that the load is spread evenly across your own hair.
Unlike keratin bond extensions, where the extra weight sits on small individual strands, tape-ins are attached with a wide tape. The load is distributed more evenly, which is gentler on your own hair and comfortable to wear.
